New Jersey Family Care NJ FamilyCare is provided as a service to the families of New Jersey in an effort to have all children covered by low cost or no cost health insurance program. NJ FamilyCare is not a welfare program, but rather the State of New Jersey’s way of providing affordable health coverage for kids and low-income parents.
